Getting the shop ready for spring....
I wanted to let everyone know that the shop will be open for the season starting this Friday, April 26 and Saturday, April 27. Remember, we are just about 20 minutes from the Liberty Antique Show, so if you are in the area, be sure to stop by. Feel free to call and I can give you super quick directions from Highway 421. We are located just north of Liberty. Have a great weekend and hope you can stop by soon.

Another great show...
As we are heading home from Knoxville, TN, I just wanted to say "thanks" to those of you who stopped by our booth at the Gathering Show this weekend. We had a great show!! It was good to see our prim friends who were also at the show. Now to unpacking and doing an annual spring cleaning in the shop. I plan to have the shop open the same weekend as the Liberty show (I think the last weekend in APRIL), so make plans to stop by if you are in the area. More details to come.

THE GATHERING SHOW in Knoxville, TN ~ April 5 & 6
I just wanted to send out a quick reminder that we will be at THE GATHERING SHOW in Knoxville, TN again this year. Unfortunately, with this cold winter, I have not been able to open the shop as I would have liked, but our booth will be full of wonderful prims at this show. WE hope to get you in the mood for Spring!! Make plans to attend!! There are many wonderful prim dealers, including our friends (and neighbors at the show) Barbara and Giles Pyatt of NC Cabin in the Woods and Robin & Lee from Millstone Mercantile in Virginia.
I will also be bringing a lot of my wool, fabric and who knows what else that I am purging out of my collection. I have gone through many of my treasures from the house and will be bringing those as well. My sister-in-law will also be in the booth with several nice early prims and smalls. She too is "downsizing" her collection. Please be sure to stop and say hello if you are one of my blog followers.

It's been a while....
Yes, I am still alive and kicking!! Sorry it's been so long. Between taxes, an upcoming birthday party and many other happenings here, just haven't had a chance to post. But here I am on another "snow day"- can't get outside, nor can Jared. I feel like I am soooo behind on my yardwork, that when spring finally comes, it will be too late to get the gardens ready. Also, wanted to let everyone know that we will be at THE GATHERING SHOW in Knoxville, TN the first weekend in April. More information will be posted soon. Anyway, since I haven't even taken the Christmas stuff out of the shop, I am hoping an upcoming show will get me motivated!!

SHOW IN VIRGINIA...
Happy New Year to everyone!! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and started off the New Year with a BANG!!! If you are out and about in Virginia this Saturday, be sure to check out a show at SOUTHERN STAR- Donna Smith's shop. We will be busy hopefully working in the yard, cleaning up sticks and doing a final leaf pick up (I hope). Remember, to call ahead if you would like to stop by the shop anytime.
